New acquisitions strengthen BMS

Together with our Norwegian partner Stangeland Maskin AS, we have just completed the acquisition of Havator Group Oy, which has companies in Finland and Sweden.

Havator Group currently operates in Finland and Sweden with a focus on lifting, special transport and heavy transport services and employs approx. 450 people spread over more than 30 depots.

With the acquisition, BMS not only secures a stronger presence in the Nordics - it also means that our Danish customers who have Nordic tasks can minimize their logistics costs at the same time that we can offer higher delivery reliability and faster delivery times.
