Hoisting of evaporator in freezer room at -20°C

BMS has completed a demanding task in a freezer room at -20°C, where we hoisted a 1-ton evaporator.

Compact and Precise Solution with Hoeflon C6 Mini Crane

To carry out the lift under these extreme conditions, we used a Hoeflon C6 mini crane. This crane is ideal for confined workspaces, as it is both compact and offers an impressive lifting capacity of 3,000 kg. With a lifting height of 16 meters – including the jib – and a maximum outreach of 13.7 meters, the crane was able to reach the desired position despite the challenging conditions.

The crane was operated by the experienced crane operators Andreas and Jimmi, who ensured an efficient and safe lift over the course of the 4 days.
